Responsible for the establishing and expansion of more than 145 industries in the city of Mexicali, Baja California México and Calexico California USA, as well as six day care centers and two medical clinic facilities at the Nelson Group.
Responsible for the “task force team” on the attraction of the largest investment in a manufacturing plant in Mexicali among other iconic investments in Mexicali of different Industry clusters such as Aerospace, Electronics, Medical, Automotive and Food Processing among others.
