Scope of Service Experience

Manny Vasquez, vice president of business development for NAI Pfefferle, is responsible for developing business opportunities in the company’s consulting, brokerage and property management segments throughout the state of Wisconsin. He works in collaboration with NAI Pfefferle’s brokerage team, as well as its sister company, Pfefferle Management, to offer a holistic platform of commercial real estate services to organizations of all sizes and types. In addition to marketing NAI Pfefferle's dominant local presence and expertise, Mr. Vasquez works to leverage the company's affiliation to NAI Global, the world's largest network of independently-owned commercial real estate firms, to provide extensive national and international market coverage to organizations with multiple locations or needs.

Background & Experience

Prior to joining NAI Pfefferle, Mr. Vasquez was with the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce and served as the vice president of the Fox Cities Regional Partnership (FCRP), a public-private economic development entity that supports business development in Wisconsin’s Fox Cities region. Prior to becoming vice president, he served as FCRP’s director of existing industry services. Mr. Vasquez also served in the roles of regional director and staff assistant for two U.S. Senators, both on Capitol Hill and Wisconsin; and management assistant for the city of Oshkosh. He is actively involved in multiple local and statewide organizations and lives in downtown Appleton with his wife and four children.
