Background & Experience
Maggie Gonzalez has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Her expertise includes negotiation, finance, technology and business development. In the course of her career she has completed numerous transactions involving industrial, office, retail and residential product types. In 2017, she was named a Top Broker by CoStar.
Prior to joining NAI Capital, Maggie was a Retail Sales & Leasing Specialist with Progressive Real Estate Partners (PREP) in the Inland Empire where she focused on landlord representation and sales. At PREP, she specialized in stabilizing then selling struggling shopping centers. She also worked as a sales associate with D&G Capital Investments and has held positions with RE/Max Commercial, Century 21 Elite and Metwest Commercial Lending.
Maggie Gonzalez earned her B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Computer Information Systems from Cal State University in Hayward. In 2018, she completed the Ross Minority Program in Real Estate through the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate.
