Specialties: Retail, Multifamily
Background & Experience
Lynn's prior background is in investment banking and economic development working in both New York City and Detroit. She has been an agent since moving to Baton Rouge in 2011 and completed her CCIM in 2013. Her undergrad was completed at Indiana University and she holds a masters in urban planning from Wayne State University.
Since joining NAI/Latter & Blum, her focus has been on retail leasing and multifamily sales. By collaborating with other agents, she’s been able to work with the region’s top developers on master planned PUD and TND developments from the land procurement, to leasing up the property, through disposition.
She manages both the Retail and Multifamily teams in the Baton Rouge office with five members each. Catering to the members’ strengths provides a more versatile platform to respond to and deliver on our clients’ expectations. Creating a stronger name for these categories in our market is part of the vision and the results are stacking up.
Lynn is also active in numerous community activities, mostly geared towards supporting entrepreneurs finding lucrative ways of sustaining their careers so they can stay here instead of leaving for other cities.
