Scope of Service Experience
Lucy Houp joined NAI Isaac in 1998. Houp is responsible for creating and developing all marketing campaigns for the company. By working closely with the agents, she develops an understanding of their needs and how it relates to the clients objectives. Houp creates effective, customized promotional materials based on these requirements for retail, office, industrial and land properties. Houp designs and creates publications including brochures, proposals, tenant/owner representation packages and newsletters. She is responsible for creating and maintaining print advertisements in local and regional newspapers and trade publication magazines. She oversees and directs internet advertising, email campaigns and social media. Houp ensures NAI Isaac gains exposure to a wide audience through distributing press releases on a regular basis. Additionally, Houp develops floor plans and centralized site maps as well as market research materials via competition maps, demographic comparisons and economic profiles.
Prior to joining the Marketing Department in 2005, Houp was the Executive Administrative Assistant to the President & Executive Vice President where she managed multiple tasks in Tenant lease preparation, word processing, spreadsheets, scheduling appointments, showing property and more. Houp has attended continuing education courses in word processing, database compilation, spreadsheets & marketing design.
