As Market Director at NAI, Leslie works in the Office division and specializes in Tenant Representation. The team comprised of herself and Kent Smith, EVP / Principal, SIOR, specialize in the Central Expressway / LBJ submarkets. Her focus is on analyzing client business needs, advising an occupancy plan while executing with precision, and negotiating the best possible lease terms. She is passionate about client success by lowering real estate costs and risks while maximizing workplace flexibility and productivity. Leslie actively receives guidance from Chairman and the head of the Office Division, Tom Lynn. As a Dallas native and Market Director, Leslie personally tracks every tenant, owner, available space and real estate transaction that takes place in the LBJ and North Central Expressway market - Richardson, Plano, Allen & McKinney. The majority of Leslie's time each day is spent personally talking to office tenants in her submarket and learning up-to-the minute information on current activity in the area. Leslie is constantly developing an understanding of company’s business goals and sharing how her real estate expertise will assist them in realizing those goals. Her active commitment to becoming a true market expert creates added value to clients in areas of site selection/relocation, lease negotiation/renewal renegotiation, office space expansion/consolidation, subleasing, and acquisition/disposition of office product.
Background & Experience
Leslie is a self-motivated, dynamic professional with diverse credentials which combine solid, tactical leadership and a strong business background. Leslie has 8 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry. Previous to working at NAI Robert Lynn she worked at JLL and CBRE in Recruitment and HR, specializing in Brokerage, Asset Services, and Corporate Solutions. Leslie was born and raised in Dallas where she attended Lake Highlands High School. She attended college at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where she graduated with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising, and a Minor in Business. She was a member of the Pi Beta Phi sorority and led the Social Committee.
