Ms. Sheinberg specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial properties.
Background & Experience
Ms. Sheinberg, NAI/Merin Hunter Codman’s 2016 Broker of the Year, joined the firm in 2003. Before moving to West Palm Beach, Ms. Sheinberg specialized in commercial leasing in New York City. She has handled leasing and disposition assignments in excess of 1,000,000 square feet in the South Florida and the New York markets. Her current clients include: JP Morgan, Equus Capital Partners and Lionstone Investments.  Significant leasing transactions include, Morgan Stanley-Smith Barney, Oppenheimer, Lydian Bank, ITT College, Dycom Industries, Bank Rate and AT&T. Although Lesley specializes in office and medical real estate, she is well versed in retail and industrial warehouse leasing and sales. Ms. Sheinberg was honored with the Costar Power Broker Award for four consecutive years. 
A graduate of the High School of the Performing Arts, Ms. Sheinberg attended Nassau Community College while continuing her dance studies at Alvin Ailey's Dance School.
