Scope of Experience
Lee Black joined the NAI Nashville in March 2016. He is involved in the exclusive marketing and leasing of industrial land and developed properties throughout the Middle Tennessee area and mid-south. Lee is a member of NAI Global's Industrial Council.
Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Nashville, Lee worked with the Nashville office CBRE and was a member of the Special Properties Group. Lee started his career in commercial real estate with the Nashville office of Grubb & Ellis, where he specialized in industrial real estate sales and leasing. Having been in the industrial field for more than 20 years, Mr. Black has represented a wide range of clients including APL Logistics, Square D / Schneider Electric, Cardinal Health, HD Supply, Fujifilm, Eastern Foam Product Company, Parker Hannifan Corp., Benchmark Electronics, BAX Global Logistics, Gibson USA, Emerson Electric, Bridgestone / Firestone, HP, Oberto Brands and Penske Leasing.
