Laurie has formed many long-term professional relationships with an emphasis on serving her customers. She joined NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Company as Office Manager after moving to the Quad-Cities in 1986.
In 1991, Laurie refocused her attention to Commercial Property Management, working closely with the development side of the company. She achieved the prestigious award of NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Company's 1999 Associate of the Year in both 1999 and 2003.
As Senior Property Manager of over 1,000,000 square feet, including office, retail, industrial and institutional facilities, she is here to assist property owners in their needs. Her management portfolio allows for a tremendous buying power, thus substantially reducing operating costs while delivering superior and consistent services.

? Involved with the Pleasant Valley School District in the PTA and is a Century
Club member assisting with family activities in Young Life and Football
? Serving as 2005 - 2007 Chairman of the Board and Executive Committee
for Memorial Christian Church as well as a Deacon, Elder, Treasurer, Sunday
School teacher and a member of the Pastoral Search, Relocation and
Pastor Relations Committees.
? 2006 Memorial Christian Church Volunteer of the Year Award.
? Participates as a lunch buddy in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program since
2004, St. Ambrose Wine Steering Committee and member of DavenportOne.
? Currently serves on the Skip-A-Long Day Care Center’s Board and is the
2006 – 2007 Co-Chairman of the Bettendorf Chamber Golf Outing.
A candidate for the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation, Laurie is an Eastern Iowa representative to the Institute of Real Estate Management both locally and nationally. Her commitment to the IREM Iowa Chapter has been Chairman of the Public Relations and Governmental Affairs committees. In 2002, 2003 and 2006 Laurie was awarded the State of Iowa's CPM Candidate of the Year Award.
