Specialties: Industrial, Office
Background & Experience
Laura Lynch is a fifth-generation Colorado Springs native whose passion for real estate first began as an intern for NAI Highland, LLC in 2010. From there she relocated to Kansas City and joined the commercial property management team at Cassidy Turley (now Cushman & Wakefield). While there, Laura had the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of office, industrial, and retail properties including the beginning stages of the multi-family redevelopment of Commerce Tower, the iconic 30-story office skyscraper in downtown Kansas City.
Upon returning to Colorado Springs in 2014, Laura joined a small boutique management company and continued her education in real estate by simultaneously pursuing both her Certified Property Management (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations—which she was able to complete within 13 months, a feat few have ever accomplished under the age of 30.
Laura recently returned to NAI Highland specializing in landlord and tenant representation for office and industrial/flex properties. Drawing from her experience, she provides exemplary customer service and valuable insight to her clients by facilitating their space needs through the development and execution of creative strategies that align with their objectives and financial goals.
Laura holds a BGS in Political Science with the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas.
