Scope of Service Experience
As Property Manager for NAI Horizon, Laura Kirkander oversees the day-to-day management of commercial retail, industrial, and office. Her responsibilities include all lease administration functions including tenant relationships and rent collection, overseeing and managing the accounting, CAM reconciliations, budget preparation and Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for her portfolio. She monitors and administers vendor service contracts to ensure adherence to contract specifications and industry standards and to insure properties are well maintained within the budget parameters.

Laura has worked at NAI Horizon for five years and is an invaluable asset to the Property Management department. Laura has enjoyed a long and successful career in customer service and account management. Her background allows her to assist clients and tenants quickly and accurately. She handles work orders, tenant needs, invoice and statement processing, and financial reporting. Prior to joining NAI Horizon, Laura worked as Director of Operations for iSAVEPRINT.

Laura studied at Glendale Community College in Glendale, Ariz., and Shasta College in Redding, Calif.
