Kyle focuses on tenant and landlord representation. In addition to third party brokerage, Kyle concentrates on business development, seeking out opportunities for development and value-add projects on behalf of his clients.

Background & Experience
Since 2006, Kyle has performed lease and sale transactions in excess of 3.5 million square feet valued at just over $95 million. Prior to joining NAI Meridian, Kyle was a broker at Ambrose Property Group and Cassidy Turley. Kyle was responsible for leasing one of Indianapolis’ highest profile industrial portfolios which maintained over 80%occupancy and was able to renew/expand over 100,000 square feet of government leases during his tenure. In addition, Kyle was instrumental in increasing the occupancy of a newly acquired historic office building on Monument Circle for its new owners.
