Background & Experience
Kim, a native of New Jersey, brings twelve years of experience to NAI Realvest. She graduated Rollins College in 2005, after completing two internships in commercial real estate brokerage, one of those being at NAI Realvest. During that time, she worked on the marketing of all types of commercial properties for sale and lease in Central Florida. She obtained her Florida real estate license immediately following college graduation, and began her career in brokerage with another leading firm where she remained for over eight years. In 2008, Kim partnered with Jeff Tanner, a senior broker with over thirty years of experience. Since then, the two of them have been a top producing team in the area, earning numerous honors including various Circle of Distinction Awards, CoStar Power Broker Awards and CFCAR Hallmark Awards. Their partnership affords them the ability to focus on their individual strengths, resulting in the best possible service for their clients. She prides herself in a strong understanding of property valuation, and in developing creative marketing solutions, which provide sellers and landlords optimal results. Kim is a member of ICSC, NAIOP, and CREW. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, and they attend Grace Church in Orlando. She and her husband Nick reside in Sanford and have two young children.
