- Coordinated a development team to develop a 15-acre heavy industrial site for H&E Equipment with a project value of $9,900,000
- Representing Monument Bank (Montgomery County) in various dispositions of commercial property ranging from an $8 million dollar investment-grade retail center to a 500-acre residential land project totaling in excess of $13 million
- Exclusively represented Washington Metro Area Transit Authority WMATA as Tenant Rep for 30,000 s.f. of Class "A" Office space
- Member of team to exclusively represent Whole Foods Market Group for 200,000 s.f. of Warehouse/ Distribution space as well as 32,000 s.f. of build-to-suit Class "A" Office space in CBD area
- Investment transactions in excess of $100 million in properties from Office Buildings, to Land, and Industrial
