Kathleen works closely with the NAI management team in the recruiting and training of the sales team.
Background & Experience
Kathleen brings her years of real estate sales and operations management expertise to NAI. Her 15-year career began in the multifamily sector, leading award-winning teams on some of the Bay Area’s finest properties in obtaining the high net rents, occupancies and customer satisfaction in Silicon Valley. Her successful Class A lease-ups include the prestigious Santana Row (Federal Realty) and Northpark Village (The Irvine Company).
Prior to joining NAI, Kathleen was a key leader with Starwood Waypoint Real Estate Trust, where she was the National New Market Sales Director from the company’s startup through REIT formation. She developed and implemented a successful national recruiting and training platform for single-family investment leasing which greatly improved sales team performance, leading to more rapid portfolio growth and increased NOI.
Kathleen is an avid photographer of portraiture, landscape and architecture, yoga practitioner and Siamese cat owner. She volunteers with the SPCA animal shelter and Housing Industry Foundation.
