Scope of Service Experience
Since 2005, Josh Buchholz’s experience in Commercial Real Estate has included the Leasing, Management, Sales and Purchasing of over 3 Million square feet of Commercial Office Properties. As a member of NAI San Diego's Office Property Group Josh successfully completed over 107 transactions in 2011 alone and currently represents over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial office properties in the greater San Diego area.

With a background in property management, Josh provides an insightful look into asset evaluation for his clients and their investors.

Josh’s services include the leasing, analyzing, purchasing and selling of commercial office properties.
Background & Experience
Josh joined The Abbey Company in 2005 where he worked as a property manager and personally managed 3 Class A Office Towers in the city of Commerce, California. Driven by his desire to be more active in leasing, acquisition/disposition and investment analysis, Josh joined NAI San Diego in January of 2006 and became an agent specializing in office properties throughout central San Diego. In 2012, Josh was recognized as NAI San Diego’s Top Producer of the Year.
Education
Josh received his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business with an emphasis in Latin America and Management from San Diego State University in 2003. In addition, Josh received two certificates of completion in International Business from the University of Antonio de Nebrijas in Madrid, Spain, in 2000 and the University of Val Paraiso in Vina Del Mar, Chile, in 2002.

Currently Josh is working towards receiving his Certified Commercial Investment Member Designation (CCIM) here in San Diego.
