Background & Experience
Josh Bower brings to NAI Benchmark seven years of successful marketing strategy development and sales experience. Josh’s success has been attributed to not only his aggressive drive to build lasting relationships, but also the valuable insight and solutions he has developed for the clients he has served over the years.
In completing his first four years with NAI Benchmark Josh has leased and sold over 350,000 sf of space, totaling a value of $24 million. He currently has $20 million of commercial listings for sale and 205,000 square feet in inventory for lease.
Prior to joining the Benchmark team, Josh worked with large businesses to develop their direct mail marketing campaigns. As account executive handling Stanford University, Sutter Gould, Catholic Healthcare West and others, Josh became their trusted advisors in helping craft compelling marketing programs.
Josh began his sales and marketing career working in advertising for a large regional newspaper. There he helped blue chip companies such as General Motors and Raley’s Supermarkets, as well as local retailers and mom & pop businesses, develop successful print and internet marketing campaigns. Throughout his five years of sales and management experience at The Bee, Josh gained the respect and trust of his many clients.
Josh is active in the community as a member of Modesto Rotary and board member of Center for Human Services, The Prospect Theater Project, and Methodist Tiny Tots. He is a coach for Modesto Youth Soccer Association and a member of John Muir Elementary PTA.
Josh is a graduate of California State University Stanislaus and is a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation.
