Joe has specialized in the leasing and sale of office and industrial real estate since 1985. Prior to joining NAI KLNB, he was a Vice President for Casey/Oncor (now Cushman & Wakefield) for ten years, as well as, an office broker for Colliers Pinkard (now Cassidy Turley) for four years. Mr. Nolan has represented landlords in the leasing of some of Greater Baltimore’s most prestigious office buildings, as well as companies throughout the United States. He is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and has won several awards from both Oncor International and the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. He is married with three children.
