For over a decade, Jonathan Klear has carved out a niche in the Greater Philadelphia commercial real estate market as an industrial sales and leasing specialist. Since joining NAI Mertz, Jonathan has represented institutional, regional and local landlords in their acquisition, leasing and disposition requirements. He has concluded several million square feet of transactions across sectors including industrial, retail, investment sales, and office. This wide and deep knowledge and experience base enables Jonathan to provide keen insight and implement strategies resulting in optimized value, reduced cycle time and an improved bottom line.
Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Mertz Corporation, Jonathan spent several years in the entertainment industry specializing in marketing at MTV Networks, agency representation, and licensing. As a result he is an exceptionally talented negotiator and highly effective marketer.
Jonathan has worked alongside tenants who were expanding, contracting, relocating and/or reorienting their commercial real estate footprint throughout the United States. Jon is well known, liked and respected in NAI Global enabling him to leverage his regional, national and global colleagues to deliver services on behalf of clients with the same attention to detail, expertise and passion of which they have grown accustomed.
