Jon is an Associate Broker and vice president of investment sales at NAI Excel. For more than a decade, Jon has assisted clients acquire and divest of commercial real estate. Jon has personally represented clients in the acquisition, lease, and sale of several hundred office, retail, land, and investment properties.
Jon has valued, marketed, and sold many small businesses. Jon has participated in mergers and acquisitions both as a principal and on behalf of his clients. His experience through the transaction process makes him a valuable resource. His targeted approach to marketing produces results.
Jon is a Certified Commercial Investment Member(CCIM), the most highly sought after and recognized commercial real estate designation in the industry. Jon received his MBA from Brigham Young University and his Bachelors degree from Dixie State University where he is now a professor of real estate finance. Jon is fluent in Portuguese, is a member of ICSC(International Council of Shopping Centers) and is licensed in Utah and Nevada.
