Scope of Service Experience
I specialize in tenant/buyer advisory services and owner/landlord representation. I am responsible for assisting clients with site selection, proposals, financial analyses and lease/purchase negotiations, as well as securing tenants and/or buyers.
Background & Experience
I started in real estate at 15 yrs. old when my father gave me the responsibility of managing two duplexes side by side. Some would say that was the beginning of the end. I later attended college at the University of Walsh, and while still in college I started an electric sign company managing accounts like Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, and Advanced Auto. My company headed sales, manufacturing, and installation of all types of electric signs and lighting. I grew the company achieving over $2 million in sales annually before splitting it up and selling. I had decided at that point to go into real estate, focusing on commercial. I achieved top honors for production setting a new record for listings written/sold in a calendar year for Cutler Commercial Group in Canton Ohio. I appreciated the opportunity for me at Cutler, however wanting to further my career I joined NAI Spring in December of 2010.

Our market being what it is I would categorize myself as a generalist, however I focus more intently on retail properties. I own multifamily real-estate, and manage properties for both myself and my clients. My areas of expertise and experience lie within investment, acquisition/lease of retail, industrial, and office properties as well as development.

I currently contract as a consultant for the city of Canton, and have been chosen by a non-profit organization to work on a re-development project for the Mahoning Rd area. The Mahoning project is a 3 mile corridor which is currently being completely re-developed starting with utilities and streets, and ending on new business and commercial development. My role with in the Mahoning Rd project is to land bank for re-development, and attract investors, retailers, and community based business' to the area.

Chair the PAG committee which acts as the voice of the Board for the City of Canton and their development.
