John Ferruzzo, as Partner and Industrial Division Leader is one of the main stockholders of NAI Partners. John has been involved in the real estate industry for twenty-two years and joined NAI Partners in October 2000.

Prior to joining NAI Partners, John was an industrial sales/leasing broker at Grubb & Ellis. At Grubb & Ellis he was a consistent producer for the Houston office and was named their “Newcomer of the Year” in 1997.
