Scope of Service Experience
Jill Morrison handles all aspects of daily office administration so executives and sales professionals can focus on generating revenue. She supervises the work of support staff, part-time and temporary employees. She is the liaison between executives and employees/vendors; works with vendors in connection with telephone/voicemail/IT administration; orders and maintains all office supplies and printed materials within budget; and handles general human resources.
Background & Experience
Jill joined Alliance Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC (dba NAI Alliance) when it was established May 1, 2005 as co-administrative manager for the new company. She began her career in real estate eight years earlier as an administrative assistant in the CB Richard Ellis office. Jill opened the Northern Nevada office of Colliers International in 1999 as its administrative manager, later becoming the licensed Marketing Specialist for the Colliers’ Reno Industrial Group. When most of the Colliers’ staff left to form Alliance Commercial, she joined them in her current position. Before entering the real estate field, Jill spent eleven years as the office manager for the Nevada Association of Employers and two years as the executive secretary for the president of Nevada Vision Service Plan.
Attended courses at Morrison College, Truckee Meadows Community College and University of Nevada, Reno.
Nevada licensed real estate professional since 2003.
