Jeff has been an active, licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida for over thirty years. Born in Sarasota, Jeff has spent his entire adult life in Central Florida. He played collegiate golf throughout his four years of college, graduating from the University of South Florida in 1980 with a degree in Business Finance. Jeff began his career in residential land development that same year. In 1982 Jeff obtained his private pilot license and began flying potential development sites all over Florida. He later expanded his real estate experience by becoming a draftsman for an engineering company with the primary focus of drawing and permitting commercial projects. A few years later he transitioned into sales and leasing of commercial properties. Thanks to his work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile, during his 20+ years at his previous company, Jeff consistently earned top production awards year after year, including the prestigious Platinum Circle of Distinction. Jeff’s many years in the business have made him an expert in the sales, leasing, valuation, site selection, investment sales and analysis of all commercial property types. He prides himself in the strong business relationships he has gained along the way, which have resulted in the majority of his business coming from repeat clients and referrals. Jeff has received numerous acknowledgments including various CFCAR Hallmark Awards, Circle of Distinction Awards, and CoStar Power Broker Awards. Jeff’s other affiliations include: Special Olympics; Kiwanis Club; Orlando City Amateur Golf Championship Chairman. Jeff and his wife Laurie reside in Lake Mary and have three grown children.
