Scope of Service Experience
Jeff Martinez joined NAI Northern California in May 2013 and brings more than 10 years experience of database governance, cloud computing, marketing and training to the company. In his role as Salesforce Administrator and Database Analyst he is responsible for managing and developing the company's Salesforce enterprise system and database while providing training and support to the organization.
Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Northern California, in 2011 Jeff was with Crossroads Equipment Lease and Finance, in Rancho Cucamonga, CA as a consultant where he was responsible for helping them implement their Salesforce.com platform while providing training and support. He also researched and built their sales database and established a best practices process for them to follow.
In 2005, Jeff had also worked at Epicor (formerly Activant Solutions) in Dublin, CA. He was there for over 6 years in the Sales and Marketing teams in their Retail Division. He worked on multiple projects, including creating and analyzing marketing campaign lists and providing Salesforce.com support and administration. While there he built and managed a new strategic B2B prospect database that identified opportunities that pulled in over $2M in revenue the first year.
