During this time, Jeff has gained a wide range of real estate experience in coordinating complicated tenant relocations, buying and selling properties, and coordinating build-to-suit projects.

Since 1996, Jeff has successfully completed over 750 transactions totaling more than 24 million square feet and representing over $750 million in transaction value. Over the last six years, he has averaged 1.6 million square feet of lease/sale transactions with value in excess of $94 million.

In 2005, Jeff was nominated as one of three finalists for the SIOR Industrial Broker of the Year for the State of Washington. This is widely regarded as the highest professional recognition possible for a commercial real estate broker.

Jeff resides in Bellevue with his wife and three children.

Jeff received his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and his law degree from Willamette University College of Law.
