Jason J. Wurtz is a Senior Vice President with the NAI Hiffman Office Services Group. Jason represents private companies, owners, institutions, investors and developers in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of commercial real estate.
Jason focuses his efforts in Chicago’s North & Northwest Suburban Office Markets, creating a solid footprint of experience and local knowledge with transaction history. Jason currently represents multiple private and institutional property owners such as SunLife Financial and Pacific Realty Trust in the marketing and leasing of its commercial real estate. Jason utilizes extensive marketing experience to strategically position his clients for success.
Jason has also worked on behalf of numerous public and private companies such as Siemens Communication and World Kitchen in the analysis and acquisitions of leasehold assets. As part of NAI Global, Jason not only serves his clients locally, but can provide expertise in all major markets around the world.
Prior to joining NAI Hiffman in 2006, Jason worked with Maradigm Corporation as Director of Business Development. Focused on the Medical Industry, Jason procured clients such as Rush University Medical Center along with other large Medical Networks containing over 250 facilities and a population of 4,000 professionals coast to coast.
