Jason Streepy is a Senior Vice President with the NAI Hiffman Leasing Team. He specializes in the North, Northwest and O’Hare Suburban office markets representing landlords and ownership groups in agency leasing and disposition assignments. He is widely respected in the industry, and has spearheaded major transactions for Arden Realty, Daymark Realty, Equity Office, The Blackstone Group, Commonwealth Edison, and American Express
Background & Experience
Jason joined NAI Hiffman’s Suburban Office Agency Group in 2011 after successfully developing a Suburban Agency Group at Grubb & Ellis beginning in 2006. The team grew the portfolio to 3.0 million square feet and completed more than 90 transactions totaling more than 700,000 sf of office space in three years. Previously at Equity Office Properties in 2005, the team was responsible for the leasing activity in their 3.0 million sf portfolio in the Chicago North and O’Hare suburban markets. The team completed over 60 transactions for EOP totaling more than 500,000 sf from May 2005 until November 2006.

Jason began his real estate career as a leasing agent with the leading project leasing team in Chicago for CB Richard Ellis from 1996-1998. Jason was involved with major downtown properties, including: 225 North Michigan Avenue (office and retail); One IBM Plaza (office and retail); 222 South Riverside Plaza (office and retail); and United States Main Post Office (disposition). From 1998-2005, Mr. Streepy was with Trammell Crow Company as a broker with the downtown Chicago office team and a manager of real estate transactions for American Express.
