Background & Experience
With over 25 years of real estate experience working with other professionals, city and tribal governments, dedicated clients, boards and commissions, James has the skills and knowledge to help your business achieve its goals. Real estate is about more than just location, it’s about all the relationships that come with a space for your business. His background in land use planning, engineering, construction management and finance make him uniquely equipped to find a space that enables your organization to fulfill all its objectives.
When it comes to sales, James’ expertise with a variety of marketing and network tools are designed to give your property maximum exposure and ensure a good return on your real estate investment. James is a member of the Tri-Cities Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service, and is known locally and nationally through his promotion in regional business journals like the Tri-Cities Journal of Business, or national publications like the Wall Street Journal. In the international field, James uses Loopnet, Costar, and his own custom websites to advertise properties, guaranteeing that your property is targeted for the customer-base you need to get the most from your property.

Professional Associations & Designations
For James, the talents he’s developed during his years in real estate aren’t just tools for growing your business, but for sharing with the wider community as well. Some of James’ most successful volunteer projects have included the acquisition and development of the Boys & Girls Club Music and Arts Center, working with a local church and city government to design, build, and maintain the Janet Taylor Skate Park. Similarly, James has helped organizations like the YMCA, Columbia Industries, and Tri-Cities Residential Services bring down their overhead by helping them access and renovate previously vacant spaces, enabling those groups to direct more of their resources to the vital services they provide. Everyone wins when under-appreciated space gets used for vital community services; that’s James Wade’s philosophy of service.
Outside his professional skill set, James has enjoyed a life-long passion for the game of soccer, and has been an active coach at the recreational, club, high-school, and college level. With a decade of experience working exclusively with goalies to contribute, James has been able to help numerous young players reach the college and Division I level. He currently holds a United States Soccer Federation National license.
