Background & Experience
Mr. Plotkin joined NAI Carolantic in 2007 after previously being associated with the firm as a Market Analyst while a student at NC State University. Mr. Plotkin specializes in industrial leasing and investment properties and has closed over $65 million over the past few years. He achieved his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 2011.





Education
Mr. Plotkin received a BS in Business Management, a BS in Biological Sciences, and minored in Spanish at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. His education also includes a summer in Lima, Peru where he acquired fluency in Spanish.

• SSS Associates, LLC: Represented landlord in the leasing of an 8,508sf flex building to Volvo
• Construction Equipment Rents, Inc. in West Raleigh which was subsequently sold as an investment property.
