Background & Experience
Bill Miller has been working in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years after graduating from C.W. Post College in New York. During his career, Bill has focused on the marketing and representation of corporate real estate including office, industrial, and investment property. Bill is a leader of NAI KLNB’s Office division. Bill’s experience includes brokerage and negotiation for landlord and tenant interests as well as the ownership and analysis of investment property. Mr. Miller is a principal and the Broker of Record of NAI KLNB, Inc., Mr. Miller is Past President of the Maryland/Washington Chapter for the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and has served as a National Director of SIOR, a former Director of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, and has served on the Landaur/SIOR National Statistical Analysis Committee.
