At NAI Rupe Helmer, Indrek oversees all aspects of Property Management with teams in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, and Wichita, Kansas. His current portfolio consists of office, retail and multi-family properties with a track record of high tenant satisfaction and retention.

Background & Experience

He is a Certified Property Manager and Real Estate Broker with over 25 years' experience in real estate dealings in Oklahoma and Texas. For the last decade he was personally responsible for managing and leasing the historic Mid-Continent Tower office building in downtown Tulsa where he brought occupancy from 82% to 95%. During this time Indrek was also able to increase the average rental rates creating a greater return for the owner. Prior to that he was responsible for the entire industrial portfolio in Dallas-Ft.Worth for Prudential Insurance Company. While he was with Prudential he was instrumental in standardizing all company-owned properties with a unique color scheme which was accepted and implemented on a national scale.
