Background & Experience
Gregg F. Meister joined NAI Mertz Corporation as a Sales Associate in 2014, bringing over 18 years of real estate experience including appraisal, brokerage and land acquisitions. Gregg focuses on land development opportunities along with industrial and commercial real estate activities throughout the Delaware Valley. He represents both buyers and sellers of development parcels as well as existing facilities.

Prior to joining NAI Mertz, Gregg represented the Penn Group of Companies as their site selection representative for the development of utility scale solar projects throughout North American markets such as: Ontario, Canada, New Jersey, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Florida, and Hawaii. Gregg performed market and policy research to identify market potential and collaborated across Penn’s functional groups to assist all aspects of solar project development. Identifying and negotiating with various sellers of tracts of land, reviewing interconnection possibilities with utility companies, and performing initial environmental screening were a few activities Gregg performed. During his tenure at Penn, Gregg placed under contract Twenty Three (23) green field solar development properties, consisting of 2,475 acres, throughout various markets. Gregg’s ability in achieving land control, along with Penn obtaining the required entitlements, has led to the successful development of approximately 60 MW’s of clean solar energy generation representing an aggregate project value in excess of $250,000,000.

Gregg also served as a Land Acquisition Manager for two top National Homebuilders: Toll Brothers, Inc. and NVR Inc. (Ryan Homes/NVHomes) respectively. Serving as Land Manager, he was responsible for prospecting new land acquisition and development opportunities throughout the Delaware Valley and established strong ties to local, regional, and national homebuilders and developers. Gregg successfully negotiated and placed under contract in excess of 2,000 building Lots, representing in excess of $220,000,000 worth of real estate in various stages of the entitlement process.
