Background & Experience
Gray has 37 years of commercial real estate experience in the Triangle. During his time, he has negotiated over 1200 transactions, including leasing, acquisition, and disposition of every property type. Recently, Gray has completed 45 million in investment sales from 2019-2020. In 2020, despite COVID market challenges, Gray was able to secure a buyer for his client, a 39,000 square foot church in Garner. He enjoys using his experience and knowledge to help his clients meet their real estate goals.
