Transaction History
Stock Rationalisation – Nationwide disposal of 288 properties - Housing 21
Graham undertook the disposal of 288 general needs properties situated throughout the UK generating approximately £20m of capital receipts. The instruction included project managing the sale whilst undertaking the resident consultation with both tenants and key stakeholders and securing the necessary government consents all within a very challenging timeframe.

Doughty House - Chelsea and Westminster NHS Trust
Graham acted for Chelsea and Westminster NHS Trust Foundation to acquire Doughty House for redevelopment for medical use. The property currently provides 281 keyworker bedrooms. In order to certify the best value for the Trust, complex financial modelling including cashflows were utilised. He assisted the Trust to purchase the asset for circa £20m, negotiated an ongoing management agreement and assisted the Trust in complex overage negotiations including scenario modelling.

St John’s Hospital, Chelmsford - Inland Homes
Graham undertook the viability of two complex sites of a derelict Hospital site. This involved complex abnormal cost, a challenging existing use valuation approach and both elements had previously been in receivership. A provision of 17% affordable housing was secured against a policy of 35%. In addition to this, extra value was created as all 17% was Shared Ownership – resulting in higher value for the landowner.
