Scope of Experience

Eric Chagnon oversees the day-to-day operations of the property management and facilities management division at NAI Mid-Michigan. With a focus on efficiency, and while maintaining an excellent level of service to occupier and investor clients alike, Eric and the property management team provide a full-service scope that includes property accounting, maintenance services, vendor contracting, lease enforcement and collection, tenant services, and construction management.

Eric focuses on maintaining exceptional client relationships through effective best practices, communication and reporting while driving bottom line performance. He applies this same performance based approach to new business development initiatives.

Background & Experience

Eric began his real estate career in 2010 when he managed a boutique residential real estate brokerage. He provided full time administrative support for the primary broker for hundreds of REO transactions and several million dollars of real estate sold. Additionally, Eric supported 5 other residential agents and advised them on how to implement technology based platforms to streamline and maximize efficiency in their business. Eric moved into sales and was the top producing listing and sales agent for 2015 with more than 40 transactions totaling over $3M. He also began managing commercial, mixed-use properties. After working with banks, investors, and asset management companies, Eric transitioned from the residential side of the business to the commercial side, joining NAI Mid-Michigan in 2016.
