Scope of Service Experience
Elliot Calhoun is a broker with NAI Charleston’s market-leading brokerage team. His primary areas of concentration are investment sales and site selection. His out-of-the-box approach embraces technology and cutting edge processes to help developers, sellers and investors find or market property, present listings, and analyze market data. Elliot is in constant communication with his clients, as and he believes that time-sensitivity is a key component to a successful real estate transaction. He works primarily with private investors, and capital groups, targeting off-market properties in the greater Charleston area.
Background & Experience
Prior to his role at NAI Charleston, Elliot held brokerage positions at NAI Charleston’s predecessor, NAI Avant, and at NAI Beverly-Hanks in Asheville, NC. He also served as a property manager for Cassidy Turley in Washington, DC. where he was responsible for a large portfolio of various property types. After starting his career in the DC area, Elliot maintains many clients and contacts from his hometown.
Elliot is an avid fly fisherman, triathlete, and traveler, and enjoys spending time outdoors.
As a graduate of Purdue University with advanced studies in math, law, and computer graphics classes, as well as his time spent as a commercial property manager, Elliot has the unique ability to understand and underwrite investment properties for his clients.
