Scope of Service Experience
Having recently served as the EVP- COO, Ms. Laughlin has moved into the role of Executive Vice President – Corporate Development, Ms. Laughlin is responsible for NAI Partners’ various strategic initiatives to help accelerate the growth and development of the firm. Her key responsibilities are listed below:
-Expansion into new markets (currently Austin and San Antonio) and new lines of business: investment sales and management; and niche practices groups (NAI Gulf Coast Alliance).
-Strategic recruiting at all levels of sales from associate to partner; she works with the firm's sales associates in their growth and development including mentoring, coaching and sales training.
-As company liaison to the NAI Global Network, serves as a Board Member for NAI Global Members’ Leaders Board and is responsible for collaborating with sales professionals to help with business development support.
-Works in concert with marketing to ensure NAI Partners has a fully integrated creative platform to lead both public relations and media relations locally and nationally.
-Appointed to several business councils and boards: HAR Commercial Gateway Board of Directors; The Greater Houston Partnership – Regional Economic Development Advisory Committee Member; NAI Global Members Leadership Board; Central Houston, Inc. Budget Committee; Fall 2014 Graduate – The Center of Houston’s Future Leadership Form (Houston’s Regional Think Tank); and Founding Board Member of NAI Global Women’s Alliance
Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Partners, Ms. Laughlin was a 20 year veteran of CBRE. Most recently she served in the capacity of Vice President of CBRE Global Investors, CBRE’s Investment Management Division. Ms. Laughlin served as a marketing account executive; in this capacity, she worked with brokerage leasing teams around the country, along with dedicated marketing professionals, to help drive consistent, branded, innovative marketing collateral materials; as well as the development of high-end creative projects that delivered the CBRE Investors message to external and internal clients.
