Background & Experience
James Edward Hrdlicka, or Eddy, found a passion for real estate during his bachelor degree work, beginning professional work at Cox Communications in the Multi-Family Markets Team in 2001. Eddy gave his team the added value needed to win the Team Supplier of the Year Award from the Apartment Association of Central Oklahoma that same year. Eddy co-developed two innovative programs while at Cox Communications: the first on his original idea to deliver bulk residential data service through cable modems in all units of an apartment community, and the second contributing to a processing system for the Leasing Agent Incentives Program for Cox service referrals, making that program idea feasible. Eddy’s work at Cox Communications contributed to millions of dollars in new revenues to the company and enhanced occupancy in participating apartment communities.
Eddy, is a lifelong resident of the Oklahoma City metropolitan area, being born and raised in Oklahoma City while at times living in Edmond and Norman. During his life, Eddy graduated from Putnam City High School with Honors and holds three college degrees, including a Master of Business Administration degree with specializations in Finance, Risk Management, and Energy from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from the University of Central Oklahoma.
