Has successfully leased and pre-leased a number of high profile shopping centers including the first LEED gold certified centers in the communities of Rancho Mirage and La Quinta.

Senior Vice President/Partner with Pacific Scene, Inc. - A San Diego headquartered development company. Dwight was responsible for the 'start-up' operations and overall management/decision making of the Inland Division.

Successfully developed over 2 million square feel of income producing commercial properties.

Expertise in all phases of the Commercial Real Estate development process including site selection, planning, budgeting, project conception/design, construction, marketing, lease-up, property management and sales.
