Duane Nishida comes to NAI Elliott with over 20 years of accounting experience. Organized and result driven, he is skilled at managing growth and profitability through change and process improvements.
Duane is responsible for the overall management of all accounting functions and for fulfilling the timely and extensive accounting requirements for each property under management. In addition, he is responsible for implementing and administering accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Duane has prior experience with budgeting, forecasting, pro forma preparation, financial statements and variance analysis, which he employs in his work at NAI Elliott.

Background & Experience

Duane started his accounting career with Perrin, McMillan & Miller CPA. Immediately, prior to joining NAI Elliott, Duane was the Accounting Manager for a local company where he was responsible for the overall operation of the real estate accounting department.
