Mr. Young has marketed Industrial properties for twenty-six years. He has focused his real estate activities on Industrial facilities for Tenants/ Buyers and Landlords/ Sellers as well as Industrial investment properties in the North Los Angeles area. He is a member of the NAI Capital Circle of Excellence which recognizes long-term professional competence and success. He is a member of NAI's ALPHA Team which is an assemblage of senior brokers within NAI who have grouped together to deliver the highest level of corporate services to targeted corporate clients both nationally and around the world. He is also a member of NAI's Mentor Team. Members assist other brokers with problematic or complicated transactions. Mr. Young is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and has for twenty-six years been a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR). He is a fully licensed Broker with the California Department of Real Estate. He is married, has two children and is a resident of Studio City.

Mr. Young began his professional real estate career in 1985 with Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Young was designated a member of their elite Senior Marketing Consulting Group. Mr. Young, along with five other top producers from Grubb & Ellis, affiliated with NAI Capital Commercial in 1994, to form a strong and experienced team specializing in industrial real estate in the North Los Angeles market. Mr. Young has consistently qualified for NAI Capital Commercial's Top Producer's Club as a top producing broker.
Mr. Young attended and graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Economics with a Minor in Real Estate. He did his Masters studies at the University of Southern California.

Represented Certified International Corp. (Buyer) in its acquisition of 211,000 square feet from Investment Development Services (Seller) in Valencia, CA.

Represented Rexford Industrial, LLC (Landlord) in leasing 69,737 square feet to After Hours Formal Wear (Tenant) in Sun Valley, CA.

Represented Alegacy Food Service Products Group (Buyer) in its acquisition of 113,000 square feet from Sares Regis Group (Seller) in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Represented UCV Media Tech Center, LLC (Landlord) in leasing 43,173 square feet to Penthouse Media Group (Tenant) in Los Angeles, CA Represented The Import Collection (Buyer) in the acquisition of a 155,000 square foot warehousing facility from Voit Development (Seller) in Van Nuys, CA.
