David Walle has participated in several national real estate business entities as an investor and manager. As a licensed real estate professional with NAI Heritage, LLC, Mr. Walle combines his 20-plus years experience analyzing publicly traded securities (including real estate securities), privately held assets, commercial property tax appeals and negotiations.

In addition to having had the privilege of working with some of the best teachers in their respective fields, Mr. Walle has acted as fund manager and advisor to several investment companies, including U S Pension Administration and Springtree Capital Appreciation Partners.
