Background & Experience
David joined NAI Partners in 2016 to lead the firm’s expansion into the Austin
market. As a broker focusing on Austin’s office market for the past 13 + years,
he brings in-depth knowledge and expertise to the Austin team. David helps
clients develop a strategic plan that aligns their business objectives with their
facility requirements. David employs his market knowledge, financial analysis
skills, and intensive negotiation strategies to ensure that each client reaches
the optimum solution for their unique real estate requirement.
David’s strengths are his attention to detail, problem solving skills, and his
commitment to exceeding client’s expectations. He is known by his clients
and peers for his focus, loyalty, commitment to collaboration and strong work
ethic. These traits have helped to create an atmosphere of trust and reliability
in his client relationships.
Prior to joining NAI Partners, David was with ECR, where he helped grow
their tenant representation practice. Prior to ECR, he spent 8 years at
Commercial Real Estate Solutions where he developed and implemented a
turnkey process for companies evaluating renewals, expansions, relocations
and purchases. David started his real estate career in 2002 with The Kucera
Companies where he represented office tenants and landlords with leasing
and purchasing. Prior to working in commercial real estate, David was a
project and product manager at an enterprise software.
