Scope of Service Experience
Dan Avnery is the President of NAI Robert Lynn's Dallas Retail Division. His primary responsibilities are to manage and develop the talented brokers in the Dallas Retail Division, obtain new landlord and tenant accounts, and, most importantly, make sure all clients are receiving first class service.
Background & Experience
Dan was born and raised in Plano, Texas and graduated from Plano West Senior High School. Afterwards, Dan graduated from The University of Texas at Austin where he majored in Real Estate Finance and Business Honors. Dan then returned back to the Dallas area to begin his career in leasing shopping centers.
Dan founded a boutique brokerage company, Retail Realty, in 2009 that focused on leasing and managing shopping centers. Dan grew it to a 6-person company by the time he sold and merged it with NAI Robert Lynn in 2013. He decided to affiliate his team with a company that offered a strong platform and had national and global reach.
Dan has been recognized as a D CEO Power Broker and a Power Broker by CoStar in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015, awarded to the industry's Top 20 agents. Dan was the youngest recipient of the award each year, except 2015. Dan has spoken at many large events, including an ICSC conference and The University of Texas at Dallas, and has been quoted in many publications, including Forbes and Dallas Business Journal.
Dan has numerous years of experience in project leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, and property management.
