Cynthia Garo has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in property management, asset management, and leasing. Her extensive relatable background within the real estate realm has proven to be a great asset having worked for a developer company and an interior de- sign firm as a project coordinator. The intricate concept knowledge of understanding the mechanism of building a structure lends her an edge to work more effectively in addressing situations relating to operational and property improvement matters.
Cynthia’s career began in the early 1990’s working with Chaney Brooks & Company at the Pacific Guardian Center assisting the General Manager overseeing 3 award-winning properties consisting of over 629,000 square feet. Thereafter, she joined The Shidler Group to manage The Pacific Business New Building, Eaton Square Shopping Plaza and Dillingham Building consisting of office, retail and restaurant portfolio and she rejoined NAI ChaneyBrooks in 2014. She is currently managing a prominent complex at the gateway of Waikiki, “Bank of Hawaii Waikiki Center” and a property located on the Leeward side of Oahu, Mililani Technology Park. Her vast knowledge has translated into increased property values, expanded services, improved tenant, and vendor moral, as well as an in- crease to annual cash flows at each property. She has immense skill creating confidence in the property's goal and vision and excels at negotiating favorable vendor contracts and building relationships with owners, staff, vendors, tenants and clientele.
