Scope of Service Experience
Craig has been employed with NAI Elliott for over 12 years. He started his career here as a Facilities Manager and has since held the positions of Senior Facilities Manager and Construction Manager. His current role is as the head of the Construction Management Department of which he played a leading role in creating. Under Craig’s guidance, the Construction Management team manages 200 – 300 construction projects per year, primarily on properties within the approximately 4 million square feet of properties managed by NAI Elliott. Managed project types include large maintenance projects, capital improvements, tenant improvements and ground up construction. His 25 years of experience and education in engineering, development, construction and business management allow him to excel as a construction manager.
Background & Experience
Before joining NAI Elliott, Craig utilized his degree and professional experience in civil engineering design and management, as well as his many years of experience in construction, to operate his own consulting company in which he was an independent representative for civil engineering firms, performing construction process monitoring, consulting, design, reporting services and other miscellaneous tasks associated with the construction phase of civil projects.
-BS -Civil Engineering- Portland State University.
-100+ hours of additional collage level course work in architectural and civil design, urban development, business administration and management and geography.
-Seminars and training in AutoCAD design, project management, job-site safety and contract administration.
