Background & Experience
Clay Williams graduated from the College of Charleston in 2007 and spent the next 7 years in sales within the software industry. In 2014, Clay joined NAI Earle Furman, where he became an integral part of a team that leads and specializes in all things industrial for the Upstate of South Carolina. When it comes to connecting Buyers/Sellers, Landlords/Tenants and Developers with raw land, Clay's team has consistently led the market over the past several years. His team has worked with many Buyers/Tenants such as Perrigo, Michelin North America, BMW/Syncreon, Hitachi, International Paper, Valeant Pharmaceuticals, and AFL. His team frequently works with other institutional REIT's such as STAG, GLP, Covington Group, Exeter, TPA, Dalfen, and Pattillo. Clay's team continues to experience success due to their enthusiasm for what they do and their enjoyment of partnering/working with people who share the same passion for the industry. Clay's strengths include Deal Management, Contract Negotiation, Investment Analysis, and serving as a local market expert who is a very active and influential member throughout his community.
