Scope of Service Experience
Mr. Johannsen specializes in capital advisory services for institutional-quality assets including debt/equity placement, bridge and mezzanine financings, structured finance, and capital markets executions, among other advisory and placement services.
Background & Experience
Mr. Johannsen started his real estate career over 44 years ago, and has developed, managed, leased, syndicated and financed all types of commercial real estate. To date, Johannsen has been responsible for the placement of over $4.5 billion in real estate and capital markets transactions. In addition to his transactional responsibilities, he has overseen the complete underwriting, structuring of joint ventures and Blue Sky registration in connection with some of those transactional assignments. As Executive Vice President and COO of three divisions of savings and loans, Mr. Johannsen was also responsible for the asset management and disposition of a $200.M REO portfolio located in seven states.
Mr. Johannsen received his Masters of Business Association from Roy R. Crummer School of Financing & Business Administration from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
