Scope of Service Experience
Chase Houston specializes in Office and Multifamily transactions including tenant representation, project leasing, investment sales and owner/user sales. Chase provides his clients with “next generation representation” by utilizing the leading tools and resources available to assist clients in making informed real estate decisions. Through dedicated focus on clients’ goals and consistent monitoring of the market, Chase Houston is highly proficient in analysis, targeted marketing, and has dynamic negotiation and execution skills.
Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Alliance, Chase worked for the largest Commercial Real Estate research and marketing software company in the US called CoStar Group. Chase trained clients on how to best conduct research and market commercial properties. He also worked directly with Commercial Banks and Investors to help value properties, find off market opportunities, and balance portfolio risk.
Chase earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Japanese from University of Nevada Reno. He is currently finishing up his MBA with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from University of Nevada Reno.
